Exceptions: Certain items such as personalized products or gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

2. How to Return an Item

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to request an exchange authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
